Cellular memory is not held in our physical body

“Releasing cellular memory means to let go of attachment from old beliefs and norms in the emotional body. As we clear our emotional patterns, our mind stills. There is no more need for survival strategising. We can just be.”

Cellular memory is not held in our physical body, but in our emotional body. This is why energy work is far more effective and faster than mental analysis or purely physical treatment. We are energy, vibration and resonance. Our healing methods need to be in alignment with what we are to benefit us.

Humans are not very good at processing information that is out of balance, we store them up according to mental concepts of what we believe has occurred. Most of these believes of what has occurred are programmed through our societal believes about linear time, what makes family, what makes religion, and all manner of ideas that were poured into us and our societies. We then categories our experiences based on those believes: “I must feel this because x has happened to me, or I must feel y because w has happened to me.” We move away from our centre and inner knowing, away from joy and health, self-love and self-respect.

In our cell memory we hold the information of all our experiences. Were they not in alignment with what we are as light beings with light bodies, then they densify, they create blockages. The body will sign-post to us when it is ready for release. This might show in the form of an illness or a mental challenge or simply through the awareness that we no longer choose to suffer. We then start to seek help.
